Winstrol is the brand name of the synthetic anabolic steroid called Stanozolol. Derived from testosterone, the FDA has approved Winstrol as both an oral
and injectable steroid for human use. As an injectable, it is not esterified and it is bought in the form of an aqueous suspension. On the other hand, the oral
form is taken as a tablet. Its oral bioavailability is massive because of its ability to pass through the liver and survive upon ingestion.
This compound is a derivative of dihydrotestosterone, although its activity is much milder than this androgen in nature. It is technically classified
as an anabolic steroid, shown to exhibit a slightly greater tendency for muscle growth than androgenic activity in early studies. While dihydrotestosterone
really only provides androgenic side effects when administered, stanozolol instead provides quality muscle growth. The anabolic properties of this substance
are still mild in comparison to many stronger compounds, but it is still a ggod, reliable builder of muscle. Its anabolic properties could even be comparable
to Dianabol, but Winstrol does not have the same tendency for water retention.
Winstrol depot is very popular anabolic steroid and is a derivative of DHT. It is a relatively low androgenic steroid which does not seem to aromatize.
It can be toxic to the liver in excessive dosages. Very few user report water retention or any other side effects. It is a popular all purpose steroid;
many stack with Primobolan depot for cutting, others stack it with testosterone for size and strength gains. Women often use winstrol depot but occasionally
it can cause virilization, even at low dosages. Users report that the muscle gains they make are solid, they are well retained after the drug use is discontinued.
Winstrol Depot Dosages range from 3-7 ccs per week for men, 1-3 ccs in women. Oral dosages are usually
in the area of 16-30 mg per day for men, 4-8 mg for women.
Aside from helping bodybuilders build muscle, Stanozolol is also used for medical reasons. In fact, it is known for successfully treating hereditary angioedema
and anemia. Veterinarians also prescribe Stanozolol to increase the production of red blood cells, improve muscle growth, stimulate the appetite, and improve
the bone density of weak or debilitated animals.
